Job Description 
The Junior Quantity Surveyor supports the commercial and project teams in managing project costs, preparing measurements, evaluating variations, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tenders, procurement, and project execution.</li><li>
Verify subcontractor and supplier quantities against approved drawings and site progress.</li><li>
Update quantity records and measurement sheets regularly.</li></ul>
2. Cost Control &amp; Financial Tracking<ul><li>
Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans.</li><li>

Assist in preparing monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries.</li><li>
Track material consumption and reconcile with site records.</li></ul>
