What you will be doing 
 
You will be responsible for the following: 
 
<ul><li>Implement CBRE Excellerate &amp; the client&rsquo;s HSE Management systems.</li><li>Conduct daily inspections and safety walks to send feedback to HSE manager, department managers on improvements identified to reduce risk in multiple site locations.</li><li>Conduct HSE training to raise the capabilities of team.</li><li>Oversee all sites construction and other relevant operation activities.</li><li>Prepare regular risk assessments throughout the required facilities.</li><li>Prepare and Ensure all HSE reports are submitted on time as per the required deadlines.</li><li>Monitor all personal in the workplace on safety rules implementation</li><li>Ensure the implementation of the work permit system.</li><li>Inspect all manual handling, working at heights, electrical tools and any related-on site tools are in working condition and up to CBRE Excellerate standards.</li><li>Follow up all contractors work and permits.</li><li>Participate on Accident/Incident and Near-miss investigations and prepare relevant reports.</li><li>Track environmental metrics and waste segregation and disposal.</li><li>Communicate and liaise with governmental bodies and local authorities to ensure HSE compliance with national regulations.</li><li>Complete all Project related documents and ensure the implementation and compliance on site.</li></ul> 

What you will bring: 
 
<ul><li>Engineering bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>Min 2-4 years of experience in the HSE Construction field.</li><li>Very good verbal and written skills (English)</li><li>Holds certificates of Specialist training, OSHA, IOSH (NEBOSH IGC is a plus).</li><li>Good communication, decision making, teamwork and presentation skills.</li><li>Good computer skills; Experience with Microsoft office, Excel and PowerPoint.</li></ul>

The Construction Accounting Specialist will be responsible for all accounts payable functions for work in progress projects with Blue Ridge General Contractors LLC.
The Construction Accounting Specialist will report directly to the Senior Construction Accountant and work closely with vendors, subcontractors and other corporate team members to ensure the efficiency of daily operations through accurate and timely processing, detailed analysis and problem resolution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>
Manage accounts payable.</li><li>
Invoice preparation; match, print, code, verify, enter and correspond with subcontractors on discrepancies. Follow up with Purchasing regarding PO and VPO&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Vendor set up and W9 maintenance.</li><li>
Management of Vendor files.</li><li>
Certificates of insurance maintenance.</li><li>
Residential certificates of insurance maintenance.</li><li>
Accounts payable file maintenance.</li><li>
Retainage reporting; final and partial lien waiver creation approval and payment.</li><li>
Vendor statement/invoice review.</li><li>
Utilities spreadsheet maintenance: including invoice preparation when needed.</li><li>
Prepare checks for mailing.</li><li>
Miscellaneous AR maintenance and invoicing.</li><li>
Process 1099s.</li><li>
Manage credit card process. Create billing invoices when necessary.</li><li>
Comply with all BRC standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state and federal laws.</li><li>

Requirements:

Construction accounting background and Sage Intaact software is perferred, but not required.
