<li>Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience facilitating commissioning schedule reviews, coordination meetings, and milestone planning sessions across multidisciplinary teams</li>

<li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work in the preparation and acceptance of usable Baseline schedules for construction.</li>
<li>Monitor multiple project schedules being developed and updated by Operations staff and provide guidance, as necessary.</li>
<li>Interact with the Operations team and represent CPG and its partners in the best manner to owners, subcontractors, and their representatives.</li>
<li>Support the development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management and present to selection committees if required.</li>
<li>Utilize analytics to identify and report on project trends.</li>
<li>Effectively cost and manpower load schedules for use during the execution of the project.</li>
<li>Evaluate the actual construction status relative to proposed plan.</li>
<li>Analyze and communicate the impact of changes to the schedule.</li>
<li>Prepare Time Impact Analyses per recommended practices by commonly accepted standards.</li>

   Develop and manage

    project schedules and plans

   and prepare regular reports

   Identify

    delays and risks
   </strong>
   and recommend corrective actions
  </li>

   Perform

    variance and critical path analysis
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Review contractor schedules and track performance
  </li>
  <li>
   Support
   <strong>
    claims, delay analysis, and extension of time (EOT)
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure projects meet
   <strong>
    milestones and contractual requirements
   </strong>
  </li>

   Qualifications &amp; Experience
  </strong>
 </p>

   Degree in
   <strong>
    Engineering or Construction Management
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    12&ndash;15 years
   </strong>
   of experience in construction planning and scheduling
  </li>
 </ul>

   Key Skills
  </strong>
 </p>

   Strong knowledge of
   <strong>
    Primavera P6 / MS Project
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   Good understanding of

    project controls and scheduling
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong
   <strong>
    analytical and reporting skills
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   Good
   <strong>
    communication and coordination skills
   </strong>
  </li>
