This role is critical tomaintaining operational efficiency by coordinating field production, schedulingcrews, organizing project logistics, and supporting daily construction operations.The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of landscape constructionpractices, crew logistics, and office organization, with the ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Coordination● Coordinate and maintain schedules for 4&ndash;5 landscape installation crews● Work closely with Construction Manager and Operations leadership tooptimize crew efficiency, routing, and job sequencing● Prepare and distribute daily and weekly production schedules● Ensure all jobs are properly set up with materials, equipment, labor hours,and job notes prior to execution● Track project progress and communicate updates between field and officeteams● Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, inspections, and vendor scheduling asneeded● Assist with job start-up preparation and project closeout coordinationPayroll &amp;amp; Administrative Oversight● Review and approve crew time entries for accuracy and proper job costing● Process and submit payroll information in coordination with accounting● Maintain organized job files, contracts, permits, change orders, and projectdocumentation● Support job costing efforts by tracking labor hours, materials, andproduction performance● Assist with billing documentation and administrative support for completedworkCommunication &amp; Team Support● Serve as a key liaison between sales, operations, vendors, and field teams● Communicate project expectations clearly to crews and leadership● Provide real-time problem solving related to scheduling, materials,equipment, and field issues● Support operational improvements and workflow organization within theconstruction department● Maintain professionalism and strong customer service when interacting withclients and vendorsQualifications● 1+ years of experience in landscape construction coordination,administration, or project support● Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, andproduction processes● Experience working with landscape management software such as LMN,Aspire, or similar systems preferred● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment● Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesSuccess Metrics (KPIs)● Crew scheduling efficiency and productivity● Payroll accuracy and timeliness● Organization and accuracy of project documentation● Job setup readiness and material coordination● Communication responsiveness between office and field teams● Reduction in scheduling conflicts and operational downtimeCompensation &amp; Opportunity● Competitive salary based on experience● Performance-based incentives tied to operational efficiency and departmentsuccess● Growth opportunity into Project Manager or Operations leadership rolesWhy This Role MattersThis position serves as a critical connection between the office and the field,helping ensure construction projects are organized, crews are properly scheduled,and jobs are set up for success.
