We are seeking a highly experienced <b>Senior Facilities Service Technician </b>to support our commercial portfolio. This is a field-based role requiring a technician who can operate independently, troubleshoot effectively, and execute high-quality work across multiple trades. This position is intended for a senior-level technician who can step in with minimal direction, take ownership of projects and service calls, and serve as a reliable go-to resource in the field.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Senior Facilities Service Technician Key Responsibilities:</b></p><br>

Perform maintenance, repairs, and service work across multiple commercial sites</li>
<li>Respond to service calls, work orders, and occasional emergency requests</li>
<li>Execute work across multiple trades, including:</li>
<li>Carpentry</li>
<li>Drywall &amp; painting</li>
<li>Doors, frames, and hardware</li>
<li>Flooring repairs</li>
<li>Laminate repair and replacement</li>
<li>Light electrical</li>
<li>Minor HVAC troubleshooting</li>
<li>Minor roof repairs and patching</li>
<li>Independently diagnose issues and determine the most efficient path to resolution</li>
<li>Complete multi-day and complex projects with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Accurately document work, notes, and updates using mobile work order systems</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li>
<li>Participate in on-call rotation as needed</li></ul><br>

Senior Facilities Service Technician Qualifications</b></p>

<li>5+ years of proven experience in commercial facilities maintenance or construction, with demonstrated senior-level field experience</li>
<li> Strong multi-trade skillset (not entry-level)</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities</li>
<li>High attention to detail and pride in workmanship</li>
<li>Effective time management and ability to prioritize workload in a mobile environment</li>
<li>Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for work orders and communication</li>
<li>Reliable, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Must have own hand and power tools</li>
<li>Operates with minimal oversight and delivers consistent, high-quality results</li>
<li>Takes ownership of assigned work from start to finish</li>
<li>Serves as a dependable, go-to technician in the field</li>

Senior Facilities Service Technician Preferred Certifications</b></p>

<li>EPA 608 Certification (for HVAC refrigerant handling</li>
<li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (construction or general industry)</li>

<li>Electrical Certification (state or trade program &ndash; low voltage or general)</li>
<li>Plumbing Certification (journeyman-level or equivalent experience)</li>
