 Client is seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Site Engineer with proven expertise in warehouse building construction to oversee and coordinate site execution activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Supervise and manage all civil construction activities for warehouse building projects.
 
 
 &bull; Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, foremen, surveyors, and project management.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant codes.
 
 
 &bull; Plan and monitor construction progress to meet project milestones and deadlines.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities during inspections and approvals.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
 
 
 &bull; Raise RFIs, site instructions, and technical queries whenever required.

 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Site Engineer in warehouse building construction.
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of warehouse construction methodology, including:
 
 
 
 
 
 o Industrial foundations
