This opportunity is for a Traveling Construction Superintendent working under a 1099 independent contractor arrangement.
This role involves significant travel to various site locations within the United States.

</h3><ul><li>Manage daily construction activities in the assigned project area.
</li><li>Ensure all work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, planners, safety teams, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve field issues.
</li><li>Enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards and company policies on site.
</li><li>Track progress and maintain daily logs and reporting.
</li><li>Participate in schedule reviews and ensure alignment of construction tasks with overall project timelines.
</li><li>Review and validate work plans, risk assessments, and permits to work (PTWs).
</li><li>Supervise and mentor field personnel, ensuring workforce productivity and competency.
</li><li>Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for timely material and equipment delivery.
</li><li>Identify and escalate construction issues or delays promptly to senior management.
</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site audits as required.

</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and industry standards.
</li><li>Solid understanding of HSE regulations and best practices in remote or industrial sites.
</li><li>Proficiency in construction documentation and reporting systems.
</li><li>Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
</li><li>Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and interfaces concurrently.
