 Manages and ensures successful execution of coating &amp; insulation items fabrication project components to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule, and others, as appropriate).

 To provide specialist support for the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the coating &amp; insulation items fabrication to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.
 <br/>
 To check the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance to all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team Contractor.
 <br/>
 To review deviations to company construction standards for comments with Contractors / Subcontractors input, to deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, precom/com dossiers, as built &hellip;) for the construction activities.
 <br/>
 Identify any areas of concern with respect to progress and/or quality and recommend corrective actions as required.
 <br/>
 Review Contractor&rsquo;s progress reports and reports for all the activities, highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.

 To Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all coating &amp; insulation subject, to ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting.

 To Participate to Risk Assessments kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, technical meeting etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential.

<li>At the University of Connecticut Internship Training Program: Possession of 4,000 registered on-the-job training (OJT) apprenticeship program hours, recognized by the Department of Labor&rsquo;s Office of Apprenticeship, along with related instruction hours in the respective maintenance trade area may be substituted for the General Experience for licensed trades (Electrical, Plumbing, HVACR) only.</li>
<li>At other state agencies: Two (2) years of experience as a Qualified Craft Worker Trainee may be substituted for the General and Special Experience.</li>
