<p><b>1. Background</b></p>
<p>Beginning in late June and lasting through mid-September, Pakistan faced its worst monsoon flooding in four decades, which significantly increased the vulnerability of women, girls, and others at risk groups. In such situations, access to essential Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services is often disrupted. The Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) for SRH provides a set of life-saving priority actions required at the onset of emergencies to prevent excess maternal and newborn morbidity and mortality, mitigate gender-based violence risks, and ensure continuity of SRH services. Strengthening district capacities particularly through training frontline health workers is essential to improving SRH preparedness and response in KP province.</p>
<p><b>2. Objectives</b></p>
<p>The MISP Trainer will:</p>
<ul><li>Build participants&rsquo; understanding of the six MISP objectives and related priority services, in alignment with global standards and Pakistan&rsquo;s national SRH and emergency health guidelines.</li>
<li>Strengthen the capacity of health workers to deliver lifesaving SRH services in disaster-affected areas.
</li><li>Improve SRH coordination with the district health departments, and other humanitarian partners.</li>
<li>Equip participants with practical skills to adequately prepare for SRH service provision in an acute emergency and apply MISP actions during real emergencies in Pakistan.</li></ul><br>

<p>The consultant will:</p>
<ul><li>Review and contextualize standard MISP training materials based on Pakistan&rsquo;s health system, national guidelines, and provincial SRH protocols.</li>
<li>Develop/finalize the training agenda, presentations, exercises, and handouts.</li>
<li>Conduct pre- and post-training assessments.</li>
<li>Deliver training sessions covering the MISP objectives including:
<ul><li>Coordination mechanisms in Pakistan (Health Cluster, PDMA, provincial DoH, district health authorities)</li>
<li>Prevention of sexual violence and clinical management of GBV survivors in line with national protocols</li>
<li>Maternal and newborn health in emergencies, including safe delivery and referral pathways</li>
<li>Contraceptive availability, method mix, and continuity of FP services during disasters</li>
<li>STI/HIV prevention and IPC in humanitarian settings</li>
<li>Forecasting and managing SRH kits (e.g., UNFPA emergency SRH kits)</li>

<li>Utilize Azure services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.</li>
<li>Implement and manage APIs for data exchange between systems.</li></ul><br>

Technical Leadership:</p>

<li>Provide technical guidance and support to functional consultants and other team members.</li>
<li>Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.</li>

Project Involvement:</p>

<li>Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.</li>

<li>Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications and Skills</b></p><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.</li>
<li>3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant serving international clients.</li>
<li>Scrum certifications or experience working in an Agile development environment with knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, PL-100, PL-200, PL-600) preferred.</li>
<li>Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Possesses and displays sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility.</li>
<li>Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><br>
