<div>SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Neonatologist to join the medical team at a reputable Government Hospital. This role is critical in providing expert neonatal care to newborns admitted to the hospital, particularly those requiring intensive medical support.
As a Consultant Neonatologist, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of neonates with acute and chronic conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care while supporting families during their infants' hospital stay.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Provide specialized neonatal care in the Government Hospital&rsquo;s NICU and other relevant units.</li>
<li>Perform detailed clinical assessments and manage complex neonatal cases effectively.</li>
<li>Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.</li>
<li>Carry out necessary neonatal procedures and interventions with precision and care.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and continuous care.</li>
<li>Maintain clear and accurate medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.</li>
<li>Offer support, education, and counseling to families regarding their newborn&rsquo;s condition and treatment.</li>

Requirements

Proven experience working in a hospital-based neonatal intensive care unit.</li><li>

 Linen &amp; Lodging OCN/LN Monitor (Escort)
 
 you will escort subcontracted OCN personnel into areas and monitor un-cleared personnel while performing work. You will log in and out all OCN personnel before and after they perform duties; notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted. You will supervise and ensure compliance with all Linen and Lodging Logistics requirements.
 
 
 
 Essential Job Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Performs a wide range of Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) escorting coverage
 </li>
 <li>
 Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges, providing and briefing them on rules and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Escorts LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband (i.e. weapons, drugs, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel (such as evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack)
 </li>
 <li>
 Notify Project/Site Manager and the Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains an alert state of readiness and is prepared to properly respond to any situation that may occur; alerts appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escort Lodging Logistics OCN personnel ensuring performance of proper assembly, breakdown, removal, delivery and installation of furniture work orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete and update Lodging warehouse and container inventory as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain minimum stock levels of all expendable supplies &amp; equipment and submit replenishment requests to the US Government as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate replenishment of linen supplies through the COR and linen exchange contractor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Check-in, check-out, and exchange linens at building 3814 Lodging Linen Exchange for all US and coalition personnel lodged at ADAB.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify return of all issued linens and sign the individual&rsquo;s out-processing form.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the linen contractor to exchange soiled linens for clean linens.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other duties as assigned.

 Education &amp; Experience

 High School diploma or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Forklift Certification (6K + 10K) required

 Valid US Driver's License with clean driving report

 Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for UAE
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures
 </li>

 Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
