Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O Functional ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O Functional Consultant to act as the functional owner of our system and support business operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects/Production, and HR &amp; Payroll. The role will bridge business users, management, IT teams, and external partners to ensure optimal system utilization, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the primary functional point of contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O.</li><li>Provide functional support for Finance, Supply Chain (Procurement &amp; Inventory), Projects/Production, and HR &amp; Payroll modules.</li><li>Analyze business processes and recommend system-based improvements and best practices.</li><li>Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with Microsoft implementation partners.</li><li>Provide first- and second-level functional support to end users.</li><li>Manage master data including employees, vendors, items, cost centers, and financial dimensions.</li><li>Maintain user roles, access rights, and ensure segregation of duties.</li><li>Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and business sign-off.</li><li>Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and deliver end-user training.</li><li>Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.</li><li>Assist in internal and external audits using system data and reports.</li><li>Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency improvements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor law requirements for HR &amp; Payroll.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O Functional Consultant.</li><li>Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or project-based industries preferred.</li><li>Strong functional knowledge of:</li><li>Finance module</li><li>Supply Chain (Procurement &amp; Inventory)</li><li>Projects / Production</li><li>HR &amp; Payroll (local labor law compliance required)</li><li>Experience collaborating with Microsoft implementation partners.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From KD700.000 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O Functional Consultant: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
