Ensure all documentation for &quot;Compulsory Admission for Evaluation&quot; or &quot;Compulsory Admission for Treatment&quot; is completed accurately and submitted to the local Oversight and Follow-up Committee within mandated timeframes (e.g., 6 working days) .</li><li><b>Ward Management:</b> Conduct daily consultant-led ward rounds. Ensure the safe use of restrictive practices (physical restraint or isolation) only in emergencies and for the minimum duration required, per legal guidelines .</li><li><b>On-Call Duties:</b> Participate in the on-call roster, providing 24/7 coverage for emergencies, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays .</li></ul><p><b>Legal &amp; Ethical Compliance (Crucial for UAE)</b></p><ul><li><b>Patient Rights:</b> Ensure all patients receive the &quot;Patient Bill of Rights&quot; upon admission. Respect the patient&rsquo;s right to work; termination of employment based solely on a mental health condition requires a specialized medical committee report .</li><li><b>Confidentiality:</b> Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information, adhering to UAE Federal Law No. (2) of 2019 concerning the use of ICT in health fields.</li><li><b>Informed Consent:</b> Obtain valid informed consent for all treatments.
