This role leads client marketing team partners closely with KQ Cluster lead GCC counterparts Visa Consulting Analytics VCA Sales teams and Finance to execute a range of service lines from research and insights to marketing strategy and execution

Responsible for developing and commercializing a suite of Marketing Services to deliver a sustainable profitable and long-term revenue driver for Visa</li><li>
Develop a path to driving an embedded model with top strategic clients where there is repeatable and committed revenue engagement each year</li><li>
Develop deep client partnership understanding to create and implement strategic marketing and communication plans designed to meet client and market requirements contributing to Visa portfolio growth</li><li>
Partner with Visa Consulting Analytics VCA to develop One Visa strategic operating model to help better serve our clients and maximize revenue for both VCA and Marketing</li><li>
Develop and expand service lines with a focus on scaling revenue but also optimizing margin</li><li>
Lead RFP response efforts including the response pitch work and ideation showcasing Visa as the most competitive and strategic option for our clients</li><li>
Manage the annual planning cycle through a strategic bottom up approach</li><li>
Partner with the GCC marketing leadership to support strategic thought leadership and advancement of larger sponsorship and non sponsorship client offerings</li><li>
Champion cross functional operating model including with country Client Marketing leads VCA and Finance</li><li>
Develop clear and concise executive level communications to report the progress and financials of Qatar Marketing Services</li></ul>

Qualifications 
Basic Qualifications: 
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD 
 
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or 12-15 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD</li><li>

Deep understanding of the payments marketing landscape and working knowledge of payment product economics preferred</li><li>

Strong financial acumen and ability to partner with all divisions of Finance</li></ul>
