We are seeking a candidate who enjoys being of service to customers and possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to originate, evaluate, and process consumer loan applications, open new memberships, and complete detailed financial profiles for all member interactions, including follow up for our <b>Retail Support</b> <b>Specialist III (Floating Banker)</b> position housed at our Folsom branch. This position requires frequent and routine travel to multiple branch locations. Travel is considered an essential function of the role and may include same‑day travel, extended assignments at specific branches, and occasional participation in off‑site meetings or community events. This individual must have a valid driver's license and if hired, must be able to provide proof of insurance. An individual who derives satisfaction and accomplishment from building strong member relationships, identifies cross-sale opportunities, supports overall branch production and service goals would be successful in our environment.</p><p>

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</b></p><ul><li>
Open new accounts, including personal, minor, business, trust, and other specialty accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless onboarding experience.

Conduct needs-based member interviews through consultative conversations to assess financial goals, borrowing needs, and eligibility for credit union products and services.</li><li>
Open IRAs and complete IRA maintenance such as withdrawals, rollovers, and transfers.

Analyze credit reports, income documentation, debt ratios, and collateral to determine creditworthiness and recommend appropriate lending solutions.

Mentor and train branch staff in loan and deposit products and services.</li><li>
Provide notary and medallion stamp service to members.</li><li>
Support branch operations by auditing new account packets, loan files, and daily work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures.</li><li>
Generate loan and membership growth through outbound calling, member referrals, business development, and community engagement.

<p><b>Job Summary</b><br/>The Disclosure Specialist/Loan Closer reviews and analyzes fees, originator compensation, and disclosures in residential real estate lending transactions resulting in compliant disclosure to borrower(s) and investors. This position reviews and manages investor locks to ensure timely delivery and that loans are disclosed in accordance with federal and investor regulations.</p><p><b>Duties</b></p><ul><li>Monitor and manage disclosure pipeline for initial disclosures and CIC requests ensuring all requests are completed on time and compliant with all regulations.</li><li>Prepare initial disclosures and revised disclosures, specializing in high risk/complex products.</li><li>Ensure that fees entered are appropriate for the program type and geographic area of the loan.</li><li>Ensure disclosure packages are complete, include all documents required and are appropriate for the type of loan.</li><li>Proactively communicate to sales partners any issues with fees, errors, any challenge that could delay borrower disclosures or change their initial input.</li><li>Maintain excellent communications among all customers, both internal and external.</li><li>Provide a superior and consistent level of customer service to all parties.</li><li>Respond to production requests for disclosures in a timely manner.
