Essential Skills:

<li>Proven track record in marketing related to &ldquo;Care &amp; Beauty&rdquo; and similar categories at reputable retail/ecommerce/quick-commerce establishment in KSA/GULF region</li>
<li>Solid understanding of ecommerce/quick commerce and the structure of website/app essential properties such as the home screen, category screen, brand screen, product screen and deploy merchandising/marketing tactics and strategies to boost their CVR</li>
<li>Ability to drive new initiatives and implement new ideas quickly and with minimum support</li>
<li>Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.</li>
<li>Expertise in MS Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to drive sales and achieve financial goals.</li>

Key Responsibilities:
Decision-Making Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead interpretation and synthesis of market, consumer, competitive, and performance data.</li><li>
Define the analytical scope and evidence required to support innovation and portfolio decisions.</li><li>
Determine whether existing evidence is sufficient or if additional data collection is required.</li></ul>
Market &amp; Opportunity Intelligence<ul><li>
Lead opportunity sizing and market attractiveness assessments for Egypt, KSA, UAE, and other priority markets.</li><li>

Determine what evidence is decision-critical vs. optional and when existing data is sufficient vs. when new research is required.</li><li>
Recommend, design, or coordinate consumer/HCP research (qualitative or quantitative) when additional insight is required.</li><li>
Translate complex analytics into simple, actionable business implications for senior stakeholders.</li></ul> 
Requirements

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business or related field. Specialized certifications in analytics/BI are a plus.</li><li>
3+ years of experience in insights, analytics, marketing science, category analysis, or business intelligence roles.</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong background in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, OTC, or FMCG sectors.</li><li>
Strong command of IQVIA, FMCG datasets, retailer data, or FMCG consumer insight platforms.</li><li>
