Overview of the role 
We are looking for a UAE National Service Advisor with fluent English-speaking skills with some experience in customer service for the role.

This is a full-time permanent role located in Abu Dhabi. 


What you will do
<ul>
<li>To provide full support to all customers visiting the service center. To be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers&rsquo; needs.</li>
<li>Ensure customers are given the Worlds Warmest Welcome when entering the branch.</li>
<li>Responsible to ensure all customers with appointments are directed to correct executive. The aim is to give a smooth transition from entering the branch to introduction to sales executive in turn making sure the customer receives a professional service.</li>
<li>Ensure all customers receive a warm send off on exiting the branch. The aim is to make our customer feel acknowledged and to show that we care.</li></ul>

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
Summary:
The Strategic Pricing Services (SPS) Contract Pricing Advisor is responsible for the What-if modeling of managed care contracts, partnering with Payer Contracting &amp; Alignment in creating payer contracts to ensure HCA&rsquo;s competitive position in the market. The Contract Pricing Advisor will use financial modeling tools to evaluate the impact of proposed terms on profitability, trend and other metrics.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Model managed care contracts through available modeling tools.</li></ul><ul><li>
Maintain service definitions.</li><li>
Organize results data so it is easily analyzed.</li><li>
Summarize and explain findings and recommendations to help drive decision making.</li><li>
Assist in the design, development and implementation of ad hoc reports.</li></ul><ul><li>
Assist in identifying and documenting reporting requirements.</li><li>
Based on data sources identified, extract and manipulate data from databases.</li><li>
Assist with performing acceptance and QA testing as applicable.</li></ul><ul><li>
Uses data mining tools to assist customers effectively with data requests.</li><li>
Keep managed informed as to progress of pricing exercises.</li><li>
Working with senior members of the department, develop a responsive relationship with customers, emphasizing timeliness and accuracy.</li><li>
Participate in departmental training and professional development opportunities when available.</li><li>
Adds value to the APS group by producing accurate results, working efficiently, and continuing to grow in the position.</li></ul>
Education:
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum 1+ years experience preferred.
Working knowledge of managed care contracting and modeling preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, relational databases, and reporting tools preferred.
