 JOB SUMMARY:
 
 The Medical Contact Center Manager will build and lead our patient access and communication hub. This role will oversee the launch, daily operations, and continuous improvement of our first contact center, ensuring patients experience timely, compassionate, and efficient support at every touchpoint. The Manager will lead and develop a high-performing team, implement best-in-class workflows and technologies, and partner closely with clinical and administrative departments to optimize scheduling, patient inquiries, and overall access to care. As a Chat &amp; Text Counselor, you will provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to help-seekers through Crisis Chat and Text services. Primary Duties

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
 The Associate Design Consultant role is intended to be an entry level role that should transition to a Design Consultant role within 6 months of hire (“training period”).

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>When a Design Consultant is unavailable, professionally greet customers to establish rapport, offer assistance including limited design-related consultation and sales transactions such as take-with and direct ship accent sales, including wrapping and packaging client purchases, as well as limited furniture sales under the direction of unit management.</li>

Additional Responsibilities that may be required depending on location:

<li>Prepare the Unit Stat Review and Consult with the Claims Consultant on any significant trends or increases. Prepare claims status updates as required.</li>
<li>Participate and provide input for Internal Client Service Plans as directed by the Claims Consultant.</li>
<li>Assist in management of claims from first notice of loss to resolution, providing customer service to clients throughout the claims process, as directed by the Claims Consultant.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients and carrier partners to gather necessary information, provide updates on claim status, and address any concerns promptly and professionally.</li>
<li>Serve as point of contact for clients regarding their claim inquiries.</li>
<li>Review Reservation of Rights/Denial Letters and the related policies, in preparation for the Claims Consultant.</li>
<li>Set up conference calls and provide required documentation for difficult claims at the direction of the Claims Consultant.</li>
<li>Evaluate/review monthly loss information as prepared by the Claims Assistant for both for accuracy and to identify trends and issues requiring follow up.</li>
<li>Prepare/review monthly open claim action plans and reports as directed by the Claims Consultant.</li>
<li>Review Suit Letters and Umbrella/Excess Notifications on behalf of the Claims Consultant.</li>
<li>Obtain and Review Claims Statuses/Loss Analysis/Claim Review Materials for Claims Strategy Meetings for the Claims Consultant.</li>
<li>Provide legacy claims support and management at the direction of the Claims Consultant</li>
<li>Assist with the handling and advocacy of Personal Lines claims (for current clients) at the direction of the Claims Consultant.</li>
<li>Provide feedback for Carrier Report Card review.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Internal Teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to claims handling.</li>
<li>Communicate relevant and important claim and loss information to Internal Teams as directed by the Claims Consultant.</li>
<li>Provide value added advice and assistance to clients on claim developments, changes in laws and procedures, etc. as directed by the Claims Consultant Provide Emergency Claims On call during monthly rotation.</li>
<li>Shadow and provide assistance, at the direction of the Claims Consultant, for prospect and new client onboarding meetings.</li>
<li>Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills, knowledge, and industry trends.</li>

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The Membership Sales Consultant is an inside sales role responsible for converting prospective member inquiries into scheduled and paid consultations. This position manages inbound and outbound lead communication across multiple channels, guides prospects through the program discovery process, and ensures every lead receives a prompt, professional, and consultative response. The Membership Sales Consultant is expected to meet individual booking targets while maintaining a high standard of member experience from first contact through consultation. 
✍️ DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES 
Lead Management &amp; Response<ul><li>Monitor and manage a real-time lead queue across all inbound channels: incoming calls, webforms, emails, voicemails, and texts.</li><li>Manually add non-webform leads (emails, voicemails, texts, calls) to the Salesforce lead queue promptly upon receipt.</li><li>Respond to all leads according to the established priority order: incoming calls first, followed by scheduled consults, most recently created leads, leads with only one call attempt, and remaining leads (newest to oldest).</li><li>Mark all call attempts as 'Called' in the lead queue to ensure accurate outreach history.</li></ul> 
Outreach &amp; Follow-Up<ul><li>Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails across a structured follow-up cadence of up to 12 contact attempts per lead.</li><li>Transition leads with 6 or more unanswered attempts to a nurture sequence.</li><li>Prioritize pending prospects for follow-up once all new leads have been contacted.</li><li>Respond to cancellations and no-shows as soon as notification is received via email and work proactively to recover and reschedule the booking.</li></ul> 
Consultative Sales &amp; Booking<ul><li>Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospect's health goals, program interest (Weight Loss, Hormone Care, or both), and readiness.</li><li>Educate prospects on JumpstartMD programs, medication options (GLP-1 and non GLP-1), clinician and health coach support model, and the clinical assessment process.</li><li>Present appropriate program options (Signature, Essential, or Online) based on the prospect's needs and location.</li><li>Confidently close to a scheduled consultation and collect the Clinical Assessment Fee at the time of booking.</li><li>Follow up with all booked-but-not-paid accounts to secure payment prior to the appointment.</li></ul> 
Tracking &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all leads, pending statuses, and loss reasons in Salesforce.</li><li>Ensure all pending leads include a clear loss reason for team visibility.</li><li>Participate in weekly and monthly KPI reviews including call volume, booking totals, pending lists, and consultation quality scoring.</li><li>Complete consultation quality scorecards and engage in regular coaching sessions with the Manager/Director.</li></ul> 
 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required<ul><li>2+ years of experience in inside sales, consultative sales, customer success, or a high-volume phone-based role.</li><li>Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations with confidence.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume lead queue with competing priorities.</li><li>Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).</li><li>Ability to work independently and take accountability for individual results.</li></ul>
