Position Overview</div><div>
RIVA Solutions is seeking a Web Administrator to support Federal client web operations and digital services. The ideal candidate will manage WebAdmin requests, support content publishing and maintenance activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely communication and issue resolution for stakeholders. This role supports content operations, ticket management, quality control, accessibility, and operational reporting within a fast-paced Federal web environment.</div><div>

Core Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Monitor the WebAdmin mailbox and public inquiry channels, create tickets, triage requests, assign work to appropriate teams, and track status through resolution.</li><li>
Maintain responsive communication with Federal client stakeholders and requestors regarding ticket status, timelines, and completed work.</li><li>
Post, update, archive, and maintain Federal client web content in Drupal/WCMS according to established workflows, metadata standards, and quality control procedures.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications</li><li>
Experience using Drupal, WordPress, SharePoint, or another WCMS to post, update, format, and maintain web content.</li><li>

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, web publishing workflows, metadata, redirects, broken link management, and content quality control.</li><li>
