Job Responsibilities for a Speech Language Pathologist Evaluator:<ul><li>
Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth 21 years in a natural setting.</li><li>
Educate families and caregivers on applicable intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.</li><li>
Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.</li><li>
Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family/child, plan for ongoing treatment and address identified goals while documenting progress.</li><li>
Prepare progress reports as indicated.</li><li>
Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations). Required records must be submitted within the established timelines.</li></ul>
Requirements for a Speech Language Pathologist Evaluator:<ul><li>
Must have a passion for working with children and families!</li><li>
NYS Licensed Speech Language Pathologist</li><li>
Must be self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.</li><li>
Fluency in a language other than English is a plus!</li></ul>

EGW is searching for a candidate from the pipeline industry who has Natural Gas Operations experience to become a Compliance Trainer/Evaluator. Position Summary
The OQ Evaluator is responsible for providing Operator Qualification training and performance evaluations of covered tasks for EGW&rsquo;s field services personnel and EGW clients.<ul><li>
The primary area of responsibility for an OQ Evaluator is to provide compliant Operator Qualification proctoring, poly-fusion training and certifications and conduct performance evaluations.</li><li>
The majority of the scheduled OQ sessions will be performed in the DFW Metroplex, however overnight travel (15%) may be required.</li><li>
Additionally, the primary area of responsibility is coordinating scheduled covered task proctoring &amp; performance evaluations with contractors in an efficient manner that minimizes the employee&rsquo;s time away from work while still meeting all the Operator&rsquo;s program requirements and providing an OQ program that is of high quality and upholds the highest level of integrity.</li><li>
An OQ Evaluator will have the skills and ability to grow in the role to become a reputable point person for contractor clients. An Evaluator will have outreach responsibilities to solicit additional clients and build relationships within the natural gas services community.</li><li>
This position will assist with the design and construction of simulation stations and tasks to be used for OQ work in Carrollton, TX, and various other areas.</li><li>

Therefore, assuring seamless coordination of scheduling, facilities, equipment, training, and customer service exceed customer&rsquo;s expectations. This position must work to ensure overall operational efficiencies and to assure the high quality of service provided by EGW. Having an extensive knowledge of the industry&rsquo;s operator qualification and training needs, governmental regulations, and maintaining industry contacts is critical to the success of this position.

Maintains and/or obtains all self-qualifications and certifications necessary to perform the functions of a qualified EGW OQ Evaluator and participates in providing these services in that capacity.</li><li>
Ensures strict adherence to EGW&rsquo;s safety policies and standards by its clients, contractors, and employees when involved in compliance services activities.</li><li>

Position Type and Expected Hours
