About the Role:

You'll own the content that shapes how Tulip wins in the market. That means the editorial strategy, the programs that create pipelines, the content Sales actually uses in deals, and the framework that connects all of it to commercial outcomes. This is a senior IC role. Tulip is replacing the legacy systems running factory floors around the world, and the story hasn't been told the way it deserves to be. The factory floor is having its biggest software moment in a generation. You'll be the one writing the narrative for it.

Mentor and guide marketing team members to foster creativity, innovation, and excellence.</li><li>
Managing branding &amp; corporate communications in line with the company brand and values</li><li>
Managing all marketing campaigns on a company-wide level (internal &amp; external) along with documentation and reporting</li><li>
Managing research of overall marketing ideas in line with the company brand and values and based on a comprehensive understanding of the organization</li><li>
Maintain a relationship with industry professionals, publication houses and and have them attend 10P events</li><li>
Represent 10Pearls at industry events for company services promotion, recruitment activities and other events</li><li>
Guide and collaborate with design and content team to create marketing collateral like brochures, standee, flyers and/or any other promotional material</li><li>
Responsible for the management and updating of 10Pearls website</li><li>
Oversee the content for and manage internal newsletter</li><li>
Proactively follow current marketing trends in IT Industry and align organizational marketing activities accordingly</li><li>
Responsible for managing all corporate communications and design of proposals to prospective clients</li><li>
Attend meetings with business development to understand client needs during initial engagements</li><li>
Create marketing newsletters and manage lists of prospects. Target these prospects to deliver promotional materials to them frequently</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li>
A variety of academic backgrounds, including marketing, communication, business and other fields. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Masters&rsquo; preferred)</li><li>
Outstanding in verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
At least 6 years of progressive experience in Marketing, with proven success in strategic brand management, content leadership or B2B marketing</li><li>
Strong ability to translate complex technology and service offerings into compelling narratives</li><li>
Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute</li><li>
Experience in tech, consulting, or agency environments is highly preferred</li><li>
Exposure to global markets such as US, LATAM, MEA, Europe, UK will be a plus</li><li>
