Creative Content & Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative, energetic, and AI-driven Creative Content & Social Media Specialist to join our team.

This role goes beyond simply writing social media content. We are looking for someone who can develop ideas from scratch, understand corporate communication and branding, and turn those ideas into engaging content across different digital platforms.

We want someone who takes initiative, thinks creatively, and can identify opportunities for content without always waiting for a brief.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content for social media and other digital platforms
• Write compelling captions, articles, posts, scripts, and other forms of content
• Manage and maintain corporate social media accounts
• Develop concepts for videos, reels, campaigns, interviews, and executive content
• Support both corporate branding and personal branding initiatives
• Use AI tools, particularly ChatGPT and other AI-powered content creation tools, to improve creativity, efficiency, and content quality
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, content formats, and AI technologies
• Generate fresh content ideas and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen our digital presence
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand, tone, and communication standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong creative writing and communication skills
• Proven experience managing professional or corporate social media accounts
• Strong sense of creativity, storytelling, and visual/content concepts
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and digital content
• Strong knowledge of ChatGPT and other AI-powered content creation tools
• Ability to develop original ideas rather than simply replicate trends
• Understanding of corporate branding and personal branding
• Proactive, organized, fast-moving, and able to work independently
• Willingness to experiment, test new ideas, and continuously improve content
• Strong awareness of current social media and digital trends
