About the Role
This is a lead generation role that operates through social media. Your output is not content &mdash; it is booked consultations. We run a premium health club with a high-consideration membership model, and social media is one of our primary tools for converting the right people in our market into consultations with our team. If your instinct is to chase followers and impressions, this is not the right job. If your instinct is to figure out what moves someone from scrolling to booking, keep reading.
We need 4&ndash;6 new consultation bookings per provider per week driven through social. That is the metric this role owns.
Your Responsibilities
Consultation pipeline from social You are accountable for driving qualified local leads to book consultations &mdash; not for vanity metrics. You will own the full conversion path from content to click to booked appointment: the content itself, the call-to-action strategy, the link-in-bio and DM funnel, story flows, and any offer or hook that moves someone from interested to scheduled. You will review consultation attribution weekly and adjust accordingly.
Local audience strategy This is a Greenwood Village and South Denver market play. You know this community, or you learn it fast. You understand who our member is &mdash; primarily women 25&ndash;55 who are serious about their health, their body composition, and their long-term wellness &mdash; and you build content that speaks directly to her life, her goals, and her hesitations. You identify local influencer and community partnership opportunities that extend reach organically into our target geography.
Content calendar and daily execution You build and manage a structured content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok &mdash; typically 2&ndash;3 posts per day, prioritizing quality and conversion over volume. Every piece of content has a clear purpose: brand credibility, audience growth, or consultation conversion. You know which is which before you post it.
Community management and lead response Inbound DMs and comments are warm leads. You treat them that way. Response time matters. You know how to move a conversation from &quot;what's your pricing?&quot; to &quot;here's a link to book your consult.&quot; You set and maintain standards for response quality and speed.
UGC and member story pipeline You build a steady pipeline of real member stories &mdash; video testimonials, transformation narratives, day-in-the-life content &mdash; that you source, permission, and produce with internal and member partners. This is your highest-converting content type and you treat it as such. All member success content must be reviewed for compliance before posting &mdash; no outcome guarantees, no before-and-after medical framing.
Creative production You design or direct visually compelling, on-brand content. You are capable in Canva or Adobe at minimum. You can shoot and edit short-form video to a premium standard. You know what &quot;luxury health club&quot; looks like on Instagram vs. what &quot;authentic community&quot; looks like on TikTok and you can execute both without looking like you're trying too hard on either.
Performance reporting Weekly reporting against the consultation booking target. You track content performance by type, format, and CTA &mdash; and you use that data to make decisions, not just describe what happened. You bring a point of view on what's working and what to change.
What You Bring to Eden
What you need to have<ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years running social media with a demonstrable lead generation outcome &mdash; not just growth metrics. We will ask you to show us results tied to bookings, appointments, or revenue, not follower counts.</li><li>
Fluency across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok &mdash; organic strategy, content formats, algorithm behavior, and what actually converts in each environment.</li><li>
Strong short-form video skills &mdash; shooting, editing, scripting. You are comfortable on camera directing others and capable of producing polished content without a full production team behind you.</li><li>
Experience in a health, fitness, wellness, or other high-consideration consumer category. You understand how people make decisions about their bodies and their health, and you know how to speak to that without being clinical or preachy.</li><li>
Local market instincts. You know how to build an audience in a specific geography, not just a generic one.</li><li>
Design proficiency &mdash; you produce graphics that look premium, not templated.</li><li>
Sharp written voice &mdash; you can write copy that sounds like a real person talking to someone they respect, not a brand announcement.</li></ul>

You have worked inside a premium health club, medical fitness, or concierge wellness environment before.</li><li>
You have built or managed a DM-to-booking conversion funnel and can walk us through how it worked.</li><li>

How we'll evaluate your first 90 days<ul><li>
Week 4: Content calendar live, DM response protocol in place, baseline consultation attribution tracked.</li><li>
Week 8: At minimum 3 booked consultations per provider per week attributable to social. UGC pipeline active with first member stories published.</li><li>
Week 12: At or above 4&ndash;6 booked consultations per provider per week. Reporting framework delivering actionable weekly data. Content library built and systematized.</li></ul>

About the Role

Lead Content Associate/Campaign team to produce compelling, audience-first content across all channels including websites, email campaigns, print collateral, social media, video, SMS, infographics, and sales presentations.</li><li>
Integrate AI tools to personalize content and optimize performance.</li><li>
Develop and refine scalable content workflows and processes.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales, digital, and sponsorship teams to align messaging and amplify impact.</li><li>
Drive creative ideation and brand storytelling across websites, email, social, and event collateral.</li><li>
Launch initiatives to increase engagement and enhance the attendee journey (including A/B testing).</li><li>
Monitor performance metrics, apply insights, and iterate strategies for continual improvement.</li><li>
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and evolving event goals.</li><li>
Support the timely execution of assets within the Communications Plan set forth by the Strategy Team, by managing team priorities and timelines to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Have 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B or events/exhibitions</li><li>
Possess proven team management experience</li><li>
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Be able to present ideas, strategies, and performance insights to stakeholders</li><li>
Have excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines</li><li>

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

<li>You are someone who gets excited about weaving brand building, business growth, and social content together to create a world class content strategy for one of our premier brands.</li>
<li>You get pumped about guiding both internal and external teams with a clear strategy that comes to life via creative briefs that can continue to build the business and the fandom that surrounds our household brands. You can inspire the creative agency, and rally the internal team around where you envision this strategy coming to life.</li>

Primary Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth audience research and market analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.</li>
<li>Define content pillars, themes, and a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.</li>
<li>Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content in various formats (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media updates, website copy).</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, designers/freelancers, and sales, to ensure content integration and impact.</li>
<li>Oversee content creation process, either through direct contribution or by managing freelance writers, designers, and videographers.</li>
<li>Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic.</li>
<li>Develop and manage social media content strategies to foster community and engagement.</li>
<li>Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for optimization.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate our content efforts.</li>
<li>Manage and mentor content creators /team members.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul>
<li>Experience leading and managing a team of both junior and senior employees, helping mentor them and providing best in practice strategy.</li>
<li>Expertise in SEO tools and best practices, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).</li>
<li>Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Contentful, or similar platforms to build, publish, and maintain digital content.</li>
<li>Strong analytics capabilities, with hands‑on experience using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and KPI dashboards to track performance and inform optimization.</li>
<li>Experience managing multi‑format digital content workflows, including editorial calendars, asset management systems, and collaboration tools used by writers, designers, and videographers.</li>
</ul>
The pay scale for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Dreyer&rsquo;s Grand Ice Cream, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The pay range for prospective employees in this role is between $160,000 and $180,000 per year.
