<b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
The Project Contract Analyst will be a liaison with the government, and bring a passion for supporting both sides of the acquisition and contracts life-cycle process (pre- and post-award federal contracts), and improving the processes that defend our nation. They will be responsible for providing overarching contracts, financial, and program management support as well as performing administrative functions. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

<li>Developing high-level spend plans</li>
<li>Implementing business process improvement</li>
<li>Developing senior-level financial or logistical briefings</li>
<li>Tracking and providing status updates</li>
<li>Processing a wide variety of tasks to completion, identifying and correcting data errors, and providing recommended solutions</li>
<li>Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)</li>
<li>Assisting with budget reports</li>
<li>Maintaining action trackers to ensure tasks are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on time and providing maintenance of financial trackers</li>
<li>Participating in various meetings</li>
<li>Assisting with the monitoring of performance, cost, and schedule impacts, coordinating across multiple programs and organizations</li>
</ul>
<b>Basic Qualifications:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree</li>
<li>0-4 years of experience with the DoD acquisition contracts</li>
<li>Experience with using Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Knowledge of program management applications, such as cost, performance, or scheduling</li>
<li>Ability to be proactive and work independently in a team environment</li>
<li>Ability to develop, document, and implement new processes and brief leadership</li>

Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
