Technical</b></div><div><li>Relevant experience in handling entry and issuance of commodity contracts for bulk and container shipments of Agri-commodities, with good knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts&rsquo; rules.</li><br>
<li>Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to contract life cycle of commodity contracts and execution, related terms &amp; guidelines, including expertise in Incoterms, logistics and shipping documents.</li><br>
<li>Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure</li><br>
<li>Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change</li><br>
<li>Strong written &amp; oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of any other foreign languages will be an added advantage</li><br>
<li>Computer proficient and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).</li><br>

 Provide specialist support in developing, managing, and executing complex EPC contracts for the project.

  Key Responsibilities

   Prepare tender packages and manage the tendering process with Supply and PMT.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review engineering, technical, and commercial scopes to identify and mitigate risks.

   Evaluate technical bids for high-value services and establish suitable contracts.

  <li>
   Ensure contracting documents comply with financial, technical, and SHEQ standards.
  </li>

   Review scope and commercial documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

   Participate in contract audits and resolve any findings.

   Oversee EPC Contractor&rsquo;s contract administration and ensure compliance with terms.
