 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you will do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Comfortable in leading and collaborating as an effective team member, with the ability to work both independently and lead when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead all the content strategy projects assigned to the auto creative team
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand, learn and stay up to date on multiple brand style guides and branding including legal information
 </li>
 <li>
 Proofread at different stages of production for accurate production and presentation of all content modifications, revisions, updates, or new copy
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the documents are accurate and impactful, with flawless language and formatting
 </li>
 <li>
 Check for grammar, punctuation, usage, format, inconsistencies and verify factual correctness of information, such as dates and statistics, and raise queries as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accuracy under very tight deadlines, with a strong work ethic toward getting tasks completed
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify process improvement opportunities and communicates them
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-4 years experience of copy editing/proofreading experience, preferably in an agency or publication setting working closely with print and digital projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of handling content strategy for design
 </li>
 <li>
 Graduate/master&rsquo;s degree in English literature/communication and journalism is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have worked on &lsquo;global projects&rsquo; with cross country teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preference for those who have worked for U.S.-based brands or who have knowledge of AP Style and proofreaders&rsquo; marks
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat, including mark-up/ editing/distributing of electronic documents within each program
 </li>
 <li>
 Design/digital agency work experience is a bonus
 </li>
