Operational Management:<br>
<br>
<li>Supervise and coordinate daily drilling activities on-site.</li><br>

<li>Verify pre-checks on all vehicles, equipment, and rigs before each shift.</li><br>

<li>Manage surface and underground drilling rig activities and closely monitor the field rig operations, including continuous performance improvements in both personnel and equipment. Ensure that performance and issues are recorded and reported.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Develop and implement a rigorous preventative maintenance schedule, leveraging data-driven insights to minimize equipment downtime and operational costs</li><br>
<br>

Team Leadership:<br>

<li>Lead and manage drilling crews, ensuring clear communication of tasks and responsibilities.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Provide on-the-job training and guidance to operators, assistants, and support staff.</li><br>
<br>

<br>
Technical Oversight:<br>
<br>
<li>Ensure proper use of drilling fluids, downhole tools, and core recovery equipment.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Verify accuracy and completeness of drilling logs, depth records, and daily reports.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Inspect equipment regularly and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs or servicing.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Ensure samples are collected, preserved, and documented according to specifications.</li><br>
<br>
Reporting &amp; Client Interface:<br>

<li>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and end-of-project reports as required.</li><br>

<li>Communicate regularly with project managers, geologists, and clients regarding progress and challenges.</li><br>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:<br>
<br>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree Mining/ Geology is a plus.</li><br>

<li>Minimum 5 &ndash; 7 years&rsquo; experience in drilling operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Proven expertise in diamond core drilling and/or reverse circulation drilling.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Solid understanding of drilling fluids, downhole survey tools, and geological formations.</li><br>

<p>Job Title: Mining &amp; Blasting Supervisor</p><p>Location: Gold Mining Project Site, Saudi Arabia</p><p>Department: Mining Operations</p><p>Reports To: Mining Manager</p><p>Job Summary</p><p>The Mining Supervisor &ndash; Drill &amp; Blast is responsible for supervising daily mining activities related to drilling, charging, blasting, ore/waste movement coordination, and crew safety at the project site.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Supervise day-to-day drill and blast activities at the gold mining site. Under general supervision, the successful candidates will :</p><ul><li>
Provides supervision, coordinates and oversees Surface Well Testing (SWT) product service line (PSL) work at the well site, providing excellent customer relations at the worksite during well testing or other type operaton.</li><li>
Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.</li><li>

Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><p>
Skills are typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education and 1 year of experience as Service Specialist I &ndash; Surface Well Test or 5 years of SWT experience including the role as a supervisor. Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Must posses execellent knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods/processes. Demonstrates detailed understanding of bottom hole and basic reservoir &ndash; i.e., BHP, BHT, Hydrocarbon phasing, Gas and Oil Flow Measurements as well as an understanding of all manner of SWT troubleshooting. Must be capable of navigating/utilizing HMS, iLearn and Competency sites on HalWorld. Must have successfully passed company tests or met task guideline requirements. Must have met the minimum competency requirements for the Service Operator II &ndash; SWT. Should be fully knowledgable in most aspects of Testing &amp; Subsea (SWT) service line in the local area. Skilled at planning and organizing jobs. Ability to communicate with team and customer to affect knowledge transfer relate to job plans, calculations, well parameters, specific hazards, environmental issues, quality service, equipment, etc. related to the job. Math and computer skills required. Ability to discuss future work opportunities with customer required. Must be able to explain the local HMS process for Prepare Resources. Must be able to use Correction, Prevention and Improvement (CPI) System to document problems encountered or ideas for improvement. Must have completed supervisory training.</p></div></div></div><p><b>
