<li>4&ndash;7 years of progressive accounting experience; real estate or property management experience strongly preferred.

<li>Strong knowledge and experience of US GAAP, accrual accounting, and month-end close processes.
</li>
<li>Experience managing AP/AR, budgeting, and financial reporting.
</li>
<li>Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar.
</li>
<li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently.
</li>
