Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Dayton, OH location who will support multiple attorneys in connection with general corporate work, business acquisitions and securities.
 
Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Help to manage individual attorney calendars which could include scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements; learn departmental docketing system as necessary</li>
<li>Open and maintain client files</li>
<li>Provide clerical support to the attorneys and paralegals</li>
<li>Coordinate the monthly client billing process</li>
<li>Provide backup overflow assistance to legal administrative assistants as needed</li>

Requirements
