</li></ul><ul><li>Work out of the client&rsquo;s office in Dubai on a regular basis.
</li></ul><ul><li>Support clear and consistent communication between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. 
</li></ul>Operational &amp; Event Delivery
<ul><li>Assist in developing guest communications, itineraries, welcome materials, and programme documentation.
</li></ul><ul><li>Support the onsite delivery of hospitality programmes at F1 races, contributing to guest services, logistics coordination, hotel operations, and event execution.
</li></ul><ul><li>Help develop and refine guest journey plans to ensure a seamless experience throughout each event.
</li></ul>Supplier &amp; Vendor Coordination
<ul><li>Work closely with hotels, transport providers, production vendors, and local operators to ensure all elements are delivered accurately and to brand
</li></ul><ul><li>standards.
</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare briefs, gather quotes, manage timelines, and maintain consistent communication with suppliers.
</li></ul>Qualifications + Skills
Essential
<ul><li>Experience in account management, events, hospitality, sponsorship, or a related field.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organisational and project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
</li></ul><ul><li>Confident communicator who can support client interaction and articulate progress clearly.
</li></ul><ul><li>High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work onsite at international events and manage both operational and administrative responsibilities. 
</li></ul>Desirable
<ul><li>Experience working with global brands, sports properties, or rights holders.
</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with guest hospitality operations such as transport coordination, accommodation management, gifting, or onsite event support.
</li></ul><ul><li>Interest and experience in F1
</li></ul><ul><li>Prior agency experience
