Lead the Events &amp; Conferences team, driving performance and service excellence</li><li>
Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, from concept to delivery</li><li>
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience</li><li>
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver cohesive event experiences</li><li>
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and innovative event solutions</li><li>
Ensure all events are executed to the highest standards of quality, service, and brand consistency</li><li>
Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting for the department</li></ul><p><b>

Proven experience in a senior events role within luxury hospitality or a similar environment</li><li>
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team</li><li>
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously</li><li>
Commercially driven with a strong understanding of revenue and profitability</li><li>

<p><b>Job Overview</b></p><p>We are seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Director to oversee corporate functions, drive organizational performance, and support executive leadership in achieving business objectives.
