Whatnot's Corporate Security team is looking for an experienced security operations leader to own the physical safety of our people &mdash; across offices, live events, and the field.
This role lives in both the strategic and tactical worlds. Half the job is program-building: developing the frameworks, playbooks, and vendor standards that scale with a fast-growing company. The other half is being the person our teams rely on when the stakes are high &mdash; a flagship seller event in a new city, a sensitive field engagement, a crisis developing overseas. You need to be equally comfortable writing the playbook on Monday and executing it on Friday.

The incumbent will act as a key business partner to leadership, ensuring workforce effectiveness, regulatory adherence, and a strong employee experience across locations.Key Responsibilities1) HR Operations &amp; Employee Lifecycle Management<ul><li>Manage the complete employee lifecycle across corporate and plant operations, including:</li><li>Manpower planning and workforce budgeting</li><li>Recruitment and onboarding</li><li>Probation management</li><li>Performance management</li><li>Employee engagement and retention</li><li>Exit management and final settlements</li><li>Ensure seamless onboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and system setup</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Oversee attendance, leave management, and HRIS data integrity</li></ul>2) Compliance &amp; Regulatory Management (Critical Role Component)<ul><li>Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and statutory requirements</li><li>Manage and monitor:</li><li>Saudization / Nitaqat compliance</li><li>GOSI registrations and updates</li><li>Labor contracts and renewals</li><li>Work permits and residency documentation (in coordination with PRO/GRO)</li><li>WPS and payroll compliance</li><li>Employee file audits and documentation readiness</li><li>Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions</li><li>Maintain compliance dashboards and periodic reporting</li></ul>3) Plant HR Support &ndash; Al Kharj<ul><li>Provide structured HR support to the manufacturing plant, including:</li><li>Onboarding and documentation of plant employees</li><li>Compliance monitoring and record management</li><li>Coordination on manpower planning</li><li>Implementation of HR policies and procedures</li><li>Support for disciplinary actions and grievance handling</li><li>Conduct periodic HR visits to ensure alignment and compliance readiness</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety, labor, and documentation standards</li></ul>4) Talent Acquisition &amp; Workforce Planning<ul><li>Lead recruitment activities for corporate and plant roles</li><li>Develop sourcing strategies aligned with Saudization requirements</li><li>Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower needs</li><li>Manage recruitment vendors and hiring timelines</li><li>Ensure a structured onboarding experience</li></ul>5) Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee concerns</li><li>Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture</li><li>Manage disciplinary processes in line with labor regulations</li><li>Lead engagement initiatives across locations</li><li>Support leadership on performance and behavioral management</li></ul>6) HR Governance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs</li><li>Maintain HR dashboards and reports on:</li><li>Headcount</li><li>Attrition</li><li>Saudization</li><li>Compliance status</li><li>Recruitment metrics</li><li>Provide periodic updates to leadership</li><li>Drive HR process standardization</li></ul>7) Payroll &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Oversee payroll inputs and validation</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for:</li><li>Payroll processing</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Employee benefits</li><li>HR services</li></ul>Key Deliverables / Success Metrics<ul><li>100% compliance with Saudi labor and statutory requirements</li><li>Timely and structured onboarding</li><li>Accurate and audit-ready employee documentation</li><li>Strong lifecycle management across locations</li><li>Effective plant HR support</li><li>Improved employee engagement and retention</li><li>Timely recruitment and manpower fulfillment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree / MBA in HR preferred</li><li>HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage</li></ul>Experience Requirements<ul><li>10&ndash;15 years of HR experience</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years in a senior HR leadership role</li><li>Experience managing HR operations in Saudi Arabia</li><li>Prior experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing or plant HR preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and compliance frameworks</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and compliance</li><li>Ability to manage both corporate and plant HR operations</li><li>High attention to detail and documentation discipline</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making ability</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you Saudi National?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR: 10 years (Required)</li><li>Pharmaceutical industry: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
