About the Position</div><div>
The role of the Senior Corporate Quality Assurance Manager is to develop and manage the corporate quality management system and ensure that processes and procedures are developed in line with applicable standards and customer requirements. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will serve as the corporate leader in developing documents and tools to guide and improve the business, serve as a mentor to existing sites. The Sr. Quality Assurance Manger is primary for assisting in the generation of new business process (i.e. RFPs, etc.). The role will support other corporate departments in related processes (i.e. IT validations). The role will also support and assess the implementation of the Kenco Operating System as it relates to quality assurance. <p><b>Job Opportunity &mdash; Manager (Quality Assurance)</b><br/><b>Locations: </b>Lahore</p><p><b>Salary Range: </b>PKR 120,000</p><p>We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a <b>Manager &ndash;Quality Assurance</b>. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in FTTH along with proven leadership skills to manage field operations and ensure quality service delivery.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and manage FTTH field teams to ensure timely and high-quality deployment</li><li>Monitor and enhance quality standards across installations and maintenance activities</li><li>Conduct regular quality audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and company standards</li><li>Coordinate with planning, deployment, and vendor teams to meet project timelines and SLAs</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex fiber-related issues escalated from field teams</li><li>Maintain QA reports, checklists, and performance scorecards</li><li>Liaise with relevant authorities to resolve Right of Way (ROW) issues</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines</li><li>Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, and track KPIs</li><li>Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum <b>16 years of education</b> in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom or a related field</li><li><b>5&ndash;7 years of experience</b> in FTTH, specifically in Quality, Deployment or Field Operations</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of FTTH (fiber splicing, OLT/ONT, troubleshooting)</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitie</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: Rs120,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
