SCOPE</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives and workforce planning needs</li><li>
Lead full-cycle recruitment across community management and corporate roles (e.g., Community operations, engagement, management, and communications, and corporate finance, marketing, and operations)</li><li>

American Roofs is one of the fastest-growing storm restoration companies in the Midwest. We specialize in roofing, siding, and gutter replacement through insurance claims. We're looking for an energetic Recruiter to help us build our sales team.</p>
<p>JOB SUMMARY<br>
As a Recruiter, you will manage the full hiring pipeline from posting jobs to making offers. You'll cold-call applicants daily, pre-screen candidates, schedule interviews, confirm attendance, and track every applicant through the system.</p>
<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<ul><li>Post job openings on Indeed, BreezyHR, and other platforms</li><li>
Cold-call new applicants daily using provided scripts</li><li>
Pre-screen candidates for qualifications and culture fit</li><li>
Schedule and confirm interviews (max 4 per day at 9 AM)</li><li>
Make confirmation calls: day before at 5 PM and day of at 8 AM</li><li>
Follow up with contacted applicants</li><li>
Update applicant status in the system after every call</li><li>
Add detailed notes on every applicant interaction</li><li>
Set up Zapier automations for new job postings</li><li>
Manage Indeed job sponsorships and budgets</li><li>
Submit weekly recruiting activity and Indeed campaign reports</li><li>
Coordinate with HR on onboarding new hires</li><li>
Close out filled positions across all platforms</li></ul>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>
<ul><li>Strong phone skills and outgoing personality</li><li>
Experience with recruiting, HR, or high-volume calling preferred</li><li>
Organized and able to manage multiple candidates</li><li>
Comfortable with CRM and ATS systems</li><li>
Self-motivated and goal-oriented</li></ul>
