Requirements:
</b></h3><ul><li>Experience: 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth Marketing, with at least 4 years specifically within the Crypto or Fintech sectors.</li><li>
Dual Expertise: A proven track record of managing both influencer/affiliate networks and B2B/institutional broker relationships.</li><li>
Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of API integrations, liquidity provisioning, and blockchain ecosystems, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.</li><li>
Network: An existing, high-level &quot;Rolodex&quot; of contacts including top crypto KOLs, global media houses, and decision-makers within the brokerage/fintech space.</li><li>
Execution: Demonstrable success in scaling partnership programs from inception to significant revenue generation.</li><li>
Communication: Exceptional command of professional English. You must be as comfortable pitching to a social media creator as you are presenting to a C-suite executive at a financial institution.</li></ul>
