The Opportunity 
TheGuarantors is hiring a BizOps &amp; Strategic Finance Intern with a clear path to a full-time Analyst role
for top performers. This is a highly selective opportunity to join a small, high-impact team supporting the
company&rsquo;s most critical financial and operational initiatives. The BizOps &amp; Strategic Finance team sits at the center of the business - driving financial planning, operational efficiency, and growth strategy, while partnering closely with leadership on investor reporting
and key strategic decisions. 
This role is designed for individuals who are exceptionally motivated, detail-oriented, and intellectually
curious, with a strong desire to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Interns will take on real
