 Clarinda Correctional Facility is seeking a disciplined, strategic leader to serve as the Correctional Security Director. In this critical role, you will be primarily responsible for the facility&rsquo;s overall security operations. You will supervise staff while managing the balance between firm security processes and the rehabilitative mission of the Clarinda Correctional Facility and the Iowa Department of Corrections.
