Flexible Scheduling and Reliability<ul><li>
Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours<ul><li>
Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week</li><li>
Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week</li><li>
Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week</li></ul></li><li>
Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)</li><li>
Punctuality and consistent attendance</li></ul> 

Qualifications/Experience<ul><li>
Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment</li><li>
A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment</li><li>
Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge</li><li>
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li></ul>
