Position Overview:Sugar Bee Skin Care and Sugaring is hiring licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists who are passionate about skincare and eager to learn the art of sugaring hair removal. No prior sugaring experience is required. We provide in depth, hands on training for qualified candidates committed to growing with our team.This is an ideal opportunity for motivated professionals looking to develop their skills, work in a supportive and client focused environment, and build a long term career.This role is best suited for someone who values structure, consistency, and following established protocols in a team environment. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and the ability to consistently follow service and sanitation standards are critical to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide professional, efficient sugaring services after completing training, including Brazilian, Manzilian, Bikini, Full Body, and Facial (brows, lip, chin)</li><li>Follow Sugar Bee&rsquo;s treatment protocols and uphold our standards of excellence with consistency across every service</li><li>Educate clients on aftercare, skincare, and home maintenance</li><li>Promote and recommend retail products to support client results</li><li>Maintain detailed client notes to ensure personalized service</li><li>Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and client ready treatment room at all times, including completing all cleaning, laundry and sanitation duties before the end of each shift</li><li>Attend team meetings and ongoing education sessions</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetologist license</li><li>Willingness to perform intimate services on both women and men</li><li>Strong work ethic and team mindset</li><li>Reliable, professional demeanor</li><li>Flexible availability (including evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays)</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Training Pay: Minimum wage during hands-on training</li><li>Post-Training Pay: $18&ndash;$25/hour plus service commission, retail sales commission, and tips</li></ul>Training Agreement:Hands on sugaring training at Sugar Bee is a voluntary professional development opportunity for licensed professionals.  Role Scope and Complexity
 
 
 
 The technician reports directly to salon manager/salon lead and indirectly to all members of ownership and is accountable for adhering to all service provisions and sanitation standards. They are accountable for meeting established service protocols and customer service standards focusing on both internal &amp; external customers. Also accountable for informing and educating clients on our service offerings, retail products and membership program, building and retaining clients through social platforms, community engagement &amp; other marketing efforts put forth by management.
