Primary Responsibilities &ndash; Own category performance and commercial execution</h2>

<li>Lead SKU-level demand forecasting and inventory optimization to ensure in-stock availability while minimizing excess and markdowns.</li>
<li>Manage supplier relationships including negotiation of commercial terms, promotional participation, launch planning, and performance reviews to maximize value.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to deliver cohesive promotional plans, point-of-sale materials, and omnichannel execution.</li>
<li>Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, white-space opportunities, and pricing strategies; translate insights into category initiatives.</li>
<li>Support new product introductions by coordinating internal stakeholders, defining launch plans, and tracking early sell-through and consumer feedback.</li>
<li>Ensure product compliance with labeling, regulatory, and corporate quality standards for cosmetics across markets as required.</li>
<li>Champion a customer-first approach by integrating consumer needs and feedback into assortment, merchandising, and promotional decisions.</li>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications and Skills &ndash; Strategic, analytical, and beauty category savvy</h3>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.</li>
<li>3+ years of category management, merchandising, or commercial experience, preferably within cosmetics, beauty, or personal care FMCG.</li>
<li>Proven track record managing P&amp;L responsibility or driving measurable improvements in sales and margin through assortment and promotional management.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data, forecasting tools, and Excel; familiarity with BI tools or retail planning systems is advantageous.</li>
<li>Commercial negotiation experience and ability to manage vendor partnerships to achieve mutual objectives.</li>
