Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform professional body and facial waxing services using EWC&rsquo;s exclusive 4-Step Process</li><li>
Deliver a consistent, safe, and comfortable guest experience aligned with brand standards</li><li>
Apply sound judgment and skin analysis skills to identify sensitivities or contraindications</li><li>
Educate guests on pre- and post-wax skincare and recommend EWC retail products to support healthy, lasting results</li><li>
Build trust and rapport to promote rebooking and Wax Pass packages</li><li>
Meet or exceed individual service, retail, and rebooking goals</li><li>
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized waxing suite in accordance with EWC Growth safety and sanitation policies and state board requirements</li><li>
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions to continue developing your craft</li><li>
Develop the skills and leadership qualities necessary to train and mentor new Wax Specialists once qualified, supporting EWC Growth&rsquo;s culture of education and excellence.</li><li>
Flexibility to perform external events such as grass-roots marketing or internal events encompassing waxing services may be required.</li></ul>

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state of Illinois (required)</li><li>
6+ months of hands-on waxing experience preferred, but not required &mdash; paid training provided</li><li>
Confidence performing full-body waxing services for all genders and anatomies</li><li>
Sales-minded attitude with the ability to recommend skincare products and Wax Pass packages</li><li>
Eager to learn, grow, and glow &mdash; because great Wax Specialists never stop improving</li><li>
Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>
Commitment to exceptional guest care, cleanliness, and performance standards</li><li>
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure</li><li>
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li><li>
Maintains a professional appearance at all times in accordance with the EWC Growth Associate Handbook</li></ul>
Physical Demands include:<ul><li>
Stand and provide services for extended periods of time</li><li>
Perform repetitive hand and arm motions</li><li>
Bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed</li><li>
Work with skincare and cleaning products in a fast-paced service environment</li></ul>
