The Cost Control Executive is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and controlling the costs of all hotel operations, ensuring that the hotel maximizes profitability while maintaining high standards of service and quality. This role supports procurement, inventory management, and cost analysis to ensure compliance with budgetary goals and operational efficiency.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:<ul><li>
Monitor and control all food, beverage, and other operational costs.</li><li>
Review and analyze daily purchases, issues, and transfers to ensure accuracy and appropriate allocation.</li><li>
Prepare cost and consumption reports, ensuring variances are investigated and explained.</li><li>
Assist in the month-end inventory process, including stock counts and reconciliation.</li><li>

<li>Follow all procedures, policies and practices regarding the Jardine accounting related requirements for culinary.</li>

Job Description 
As the Executive Housekeeper for the pre-opening of Tivoli Muscat, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the Housekeeping department from the ground up. You will oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations including rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house cleanliness, ensuring the highest standards of luxury, efficiency, and guest satisfaction in line with Tivoli brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, pre-opening experience, and a detailed operational approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Opening Phase:<ul><li>
Participate in pre-opening planning, budgeting, recruitment, procurement, and setting up SOPs.</li><li>
Design and implement Housekeeping operational workflows, policies, and procedures.</li><li>
Oversee the selection, purchasing, and inventory of linen, guest amenities, equipment, and cleaning supplies.</li><li>
Recruit, train, and onboard the housekeeping team to meet brand standards and local regulations.</li><li>
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Rooms, Engineering, Front Office) to ensure readiness for opening.</li><li>
