 Minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing with an emphasis in weld, preferably in manufacturing environments which are similar to those at the company.

 Excellent computer skills required. Must be capable of working with systems and Microsoft applications such as WORD, Excel and Outlook.

Job Description:
MMR is seeking Cost Engineer candidates to manage project cost control processes, including labor productivity tracking, earned value analysis, forecasts, pay applications, invoice audits, and cost reporting to provide accurate financial insight to project leadership. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:<ul><li>
Track labor productivity and budget performance</li><li>
Maintain cost reports and forecasts</li><li>
Perform earned value and variance analysis</li><li>
Support change order pricing and estimates</li><li>
Monitor quantities and commodity usage</li><li>
Provide financial insights to project leadership</li><li>
Build and maintain account receivable and payable reports</li><li>
Create and submit monthly pay applications</li><li>
Perform labor, equipment, and material invoice audits</li><li>
Maintain material sales tax logs</li><li>

Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>
BS degree in Accounting, Business Management, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering or related field; or an equivalent relevant work experience</li><li>
