Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals, utilizing both in-store and digital selling tools (inclusive of text and social media)</li><li>
Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions</li><li>
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results</li><li>
Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness</li><li>
Keep up with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings provided by Nordstrom and luxury brand partners</li><li>
Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts</li></ul>

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.</li><li>
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling</li><li>
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
