THE JOB: Under direction, performs mental health evaluations including psycho-social assessments of
 
individuals, establishes psychiatric diagnosis; orders and evaluates diagnostic tests; formulates treatment
 
plans and manages follow-up care; and performs other work as required. The list established from this
 
recruitment will be used to fill current and future positions during the life of the eligible list. 
 
THE REQUIREMENTS: Any combination of education and experience which would provide the required
 
knowledge and abilities is qualifying, unless otherwise specified. A typical way to obtain this knowledge and

Possession of a master&rsquo;s degree in nursing, master&rsquo;s degree in a clinical field related to nursing, or a
 
graduate degree in nursing.

Keystone Health Crisis Intervention Program provides mental health and drug and alcohol services throughout the Franklin and Fulton County areas. These services are provided by Hotline and/or face-to-face contact in the Crisis office or the local hospital emergency departments.
Qualifications:
Master&rsquo;s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling, education, or related fields and three (3) years of mental health direct-care experience OR Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, political science history criminal justice, theology, counseling, education or related field or be a registered nurse, and five (5) years direct care experience and two (2) years supervisory experience. OR A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in nursing and 3 years of mental health direct care experience OR A registered nurse license, certified in psychology or psychiatry.
