Lead effective collaboration and networking in the county with other service providers. Assure HACAP&rsquo;s involvement and leadership in new initiatives;</li><li>
Coordinate with programs within HACAP and other community service agencies to develop good working relationships within the community;</li><li>
Identify service gaps and unmet needs of the community and seek solutions to fill gaps in unmet needs;</li><li>
Attend county meetings as identified by self and/or requested by agency leadership, present agency reports and serve as a liaison;</li><li>
Identify service delivery challenges and coordinate with HACAP leaders to better streamline service delivery;
</li><li>Working with the HACAP leadership, assist in the identification and recruitment of agency board members, county advisory committee members, and other volunteers;</li><li>
Provide leadership to special projects unique to the county service area;</li><li>
Participate in meetings, conferences, seminars and workshops as necessary and required;</li><li>
Provide supervision to operations staff in Dubuque, Delaware, and Jackson Counties;</li><li>
In conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer develop and manage the operating budgets for the Dubuque, Jackson, and Delaware County Offices.</li></ul><br>

Dubuque County Coordinator

<div><p>The <b>CE Supervisor</b> is responsible for managing storage and maintenance activities for Bear order of Battle (BOB) and Civil Engineering (CE) equipment to include receipt, accountability, storage, inspection, maintenance, issue and reconstitution. Supervise CE workshops and facilities (e.g., power production, electrical, refrigeration, fabrication shops etc.). Direct preparation of stored assets for exercise or actual deployments. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).</p><p></p><p><b>
Principal Accountabilities</b></p><ul>
<li>
Performs CSC Inspections on Containers as needed.</li>
<li>Coordinates, Oversees and Monitors periodic inspections and maintenance services on assigned assets in the Bear Base Departments.</li>
<li>Coordinates, Oversees and Monitors civil engineering and other equipment for exercises or actual deployments in the Bear Base Departments.</li>
<li>In the absence of the Power Production Supervisor operates, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs power generation equipment and related power generation duties.</li>
<li>Performs TDY within the area of operations as required.</li>
<li>In coordination with the Bear Base Superintendent schedules and coordinates with the Work Control all shop work assignments.</li>
<li>Responsibility as foreman of maintenance facilities and shops.</li>
<li>Instructs and trains supervisory personnel in maintenance repair techniques, inspects their work performance and documents training records. Conducts training on quality assurance, safety, Safety Data Sheets, security awareness and other subjects in accordance with appropriate plans.</li>
<li>Inspects Hazardous Materials within the assigned work center and coordinates with the appropriate office for the disposal of HAZMAT when required.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Site Manager.</li>
<li>As alternate Bear Base Superintendent, performs all duties of that position during the temporary absence of the incumbent listed below</li>
<li>Receives, manages, accounts for stores; inspects and maintains equipment and assets.</li>

Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul>

Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.</li>
<li>Ability to read, understand and interpret all technical data associated with Civil Engineering and BOB assets and related equipment required.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain CSC Certification.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.</li>

<li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li>

The Medical-Legal Death Investigation Supervisor plays a vital leadership role at the intersection of public health, public safety, and justice in Lane County. This position is responsible for supervising and supporting the medical-legal death investigation team while also having the ability to occasionally perform complex death investigations involving traumatic, suspicious, unattended or unexplained deaths.</p><p>
This team is not a desk-only group. Our MLDI&rsquo;s are responsible for 24/7 response to death scenes, coordinating with law enforcement, medical providers, the State Medical Examiner, and the District Attorney&rsquo;s Office, while ensuring investigations are conducted with accuracy, integrity, and compassion. The work directly supports grieving families, informs legal and public health decisions, and upholds the community&rsquo;s trust in local government.</p><p>
As the supervisor, you will guide and mentor professional death investigators, set investigative priorities, ensure compliance with Oregon statutes and professional standards, and continually improve investigative practices, documentation, and service delivery. You will also serve as a key liaison with community partners and internal stakeholders, helping ensure clear communication, cultural awareness, and professionalism in some of the County&rsquo;s most sensitive work. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the unit&rsquo;s employees and operations.</p><p>

Position Summary:<br>
The Kings County District Attorney&rsquo;s Office (KCDA) is seeking to hire a Case Management Services Supervisor in its Case Management Services (CMS) unit. CMS provides essential support to the Office&rsquo;s legal practice, ensuring the collection, entry, and auditing of complete, timely, and high-quality data from court proceedings and other sources. CMS data is relied upon by assigned prosecutors preparing their cases, prosecutors appearing in court, and supervisors throughout the Office and supports the Office&rsquo;s reporting, analysis, and transparency initiatives, and its staff are a critical part of the Office&rsquo;s mission to keeping Brooklyn safe while building community trust by ensuring fundamental fairness in the criminal justice system. In this position, reporting directly to the Director of CMS, the CMS Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of CMS staff members. The CMS Supervisor will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments on various projects consistent with Office priorities.<br>

Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Supervise staff members who input and audit court events information.
</li><li>Ensure sufficient staffing and assist the unit during staff shortages.</li><li>Understand the workflow of the Office and provide problem-solving strategies.</li><li>Assist with recruitment and training of new hires and evaluate overall staff performance.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and other departments in the Office to further improve efficiency of in-house applications.</li><li>Facilitate communication between the District Attorney&rsquo;s Office, Office of Court Administration, Police Department, and other various parties involved in the justice system when discrepancies arise.</li><li>Inform the Office of Court Administration of various discrepancies to avoid incorrect adjournments, pleas, sentencing and other issues that could lead to incorrect information on criminal history reports.</li><li>Perform related tasks and assignments as required.</li></ul><br>

<br>About this PositionThe Medical-Legal Death Investigation Supervisor plays a vital leadership role at the intersection of public health, public safety, and justice in Lane County. This position is responsible for supervising and supporting the medical-legal death investigation team while also having the ability to occasionally perform complex death investigations involving traumatic, suspicious, unattended or unexplained deaths.This team is not a desk-only group. Our MLDI’s are responsible for 24/7 response to death scenes, coordinating with law enforcement, medical providers, the State Medical Examiner, and the District Attorney’s Office, while ensuring investigations are conducted with accuracy, integrity, and compassion. The work directly supports grieving families, informs legal and public health decisions, and upholds the community’s trust in local government.As the supervisor, you will guide and mentor professional death investigators, set investigative priorities, ensure compliance with Oregon statutes and professional standards, and continually improve investigative practices, documentation, and service delivery. You will also serve as a key liaison with community partners and internal stakeholders, helping ensure clear communication, cultural awareness, and professionalism in some of the County’s most sensitive work. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the unit’s employees and operations.
