About The Role:

The Content Architect sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, operations, and performance. This role owns OluKai&rsquo;s content engine&mdash;defining how the brand shows up editorially across every channel, from social and E-commerce to owned retail, wholesale, and events.

This is not just a content management role. The Content Architect brings editorial vision, builds scalable systems and standards, and drives content performance with a data-informed mindset. You will collaborate across the entire Marketing organization&mdash;working closely with the CMO, SVP Creative, Director of Marketing, creative leadership, social, E-commerce, and retail teams&mdash;to translate brand strategy into stories that move people and drive the business. 


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
1. Editorial Strategy &amp; Brand Vision

<li>Support and steward the editorial vision and brand content strategy in alignment with the CMO and SVP Creative.</li>

2. Content Planning &amp; Editorial Calendar
<ul>
<li>Own the editorial roadmap. Build and manage the master content calendar across all channels and business units.</li>
<li>Align content planning with go-to-market priorities&mdash;key product launches, drops, collaborations, retail openings, trade shows, and cultural moments.</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate multi-channel content distribution across social, web, email, owned retail, wholesale, and Amazon.</li>

Job Description 
The Videographer is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing compelling video content that supports storytelling, teaching, and digital ministry initiatives, reporting to the Senior Editor on the Communications Team. A full-time position, this position primarily works Monday-Friday, but select projects will require work during weekend services on a case-by-case basis. Although the position is regularly Monday-Friday, ministry happens in the evenings and during the weekends. All Mariners staff are expected to work during Christmas Eve and Easter services, as well as participate in Rooted once/year. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards act.
As a Videographer, you help tell stories that inspire people to follow Jesus and fearlessly change the world. This role contributes to the growing video presence of Mariners Church across storytelling, digital content, and studio productions. You will capture and craft compelling video through filming, editing, and post-production while supporting both field and studio-based environments, collaborating with producers, creatives, and ministry partners to bring ideas to life with excellence and intentionality.
Responsibilities

Job Description 
Maricich Health is seeking a talented B2B Healthcare Advertising Copywriter &amp; Editor on a freelance/contract basis to refine and elevate compelling, consumer and business-facing healthcare content. These project-based assignments typically last from 1 to 4 weeks.
As a Healthcare Communications Editor, you will polish and enhance healthcare copy and content to ensure it is clear, accurate, engaging, on-strategy and finely tuned for specific target audiences. Your work helps maintain consistent, high-quality messaging across all B2C and B2B facing materials.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Copy Editing &amp; Proofreading: Edit content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and brand voice across client collateral, websites, whitepapers, publications, social posts and releases, presentations, ads, videos, sales materials and direct mail materials</li><li>
Quality Assurance: Ensure messaging, style, tone, and branding are aligned with designated strategies, and meet client guidelines and internal standards.</li><li>
Collaboration: Work closely with writers, designers, creative directors, account teams, and production to deliver polished, cohesive work.</li><li>
Copywriting and rewrites when required to further content as needed</li><li>
Content Consistency: Maintain style guides, brand voice documents, and editorial references to ensure consistent application across all content.</li><li>
Factchecking: Confirm factual accuracy and compliance with legal, regulatory, and medical requirements, particularly for healthcare content.</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li> 
Education: B.A. in English, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.</li><li>
Experience: 3+ years of professional editing experience, ideally in an agency or healthcare setting. Work samples encouraged.</li><li>
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Acrobat and editorial markup tools; familiarity with proofreading symbols and AP/Chicago style is a plus.</li><li>
