About the Role:

As a Video Editor at Motive, you will play a key role in creating high-quality instructional, product, and marketing videos that enhance user understanding and brand communication. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to edit and produce engaging visual content, combining footage, motion graphics, and sound design into polished final outputs. This role requires strong technical expertise in editing tools, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative and brand consistency.

What You'll Do:

<li>Edit instructional, installation, walkthrough, and product videos for the Help Center, Marketing, and internal teams</li>
<li>Assemble raw footage, screen recordings, voiceovers, and stock assets into polished, high-quality videos with motion graphics, annotations, and timestamps</li>
<li>Perform color correction and grading (including Log/S-Log footage) and enhance audio with music, sound effects, and AI voiceovers</li>

What We're Looking For:
