About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and hands on Brand &amp; Creative Designer to help shape the visual identity, brand voice, and design strategy for Radiation Detection Company. This is a very hands-on role&mdash;you'll not only support the strategy but also design and develop tools directly, or closely manage their production through vendor partners.

What You'll Do
Brand &amp; Design Leadership
<ul><li>Support the design, brand identity, and creative direction of Radiation Detection Company.</li></ul>

Role Overview 
 
Catalyst is hiring a Creative Systems Specialist to help turn marketing strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across campaigns, creative assets, and digital experiences.
This role sits at the center of marketing production. You will create campaign assets, maintain websites, coordinate contributors, and help ensure marketing initiatives move from idea to execution quickly and reliably.

Required Skills &amp; Experience
<ul><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in marketing, creative production, or agency environments.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience creating marketing assets using Canva, Google Slides, or similar tools.</li>
<li>Experience updating website content within CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar systems.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Comfort participating in client conversations when needed.</li>
</ul>
Ideal Experience
