Essential Responsibilities</b></h2><p><b>

Design and produce high-quality graphic assets for digital and print platforms including event promotions and signage, social media and website graphics, presentations, collateral and advertising.</li><li>
Enhance Chamber signature events through creative promotional materials, large format signage and event collateral.</li><li>
Develop and maintain design templates and visual toolkits to support efficiency and brand consistency.</li><li>
Design and maintain Chamber building and room signage.</li><li>

Summary: </b>The primary role of the Creative &amp; Design Manager is to help develop the brand narrative in collaboration with the Director of Marketing to craft messaging that identifies and achieves branding and business objectives for the company. General Description: </b>This position oversees the entire design and production process. The Creative &amp; Design Manager collaborates with the marketing team to help communicate complex concepts; value propositions and messages through clear and compelling design and visual graphics; resulting in high quality communications, including presentations, illustrations, sales collateral, website visuals, tradeshow materials and signage for imaging centers. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent brand standards and managing the visual asset and collateral needs of the company. They also work with freelance designers, photographers, clients, print and sign vendors.</p><p></p><p><br>
The Creative &amp; Design Manager will use a variety of skills in this position, position at Inland combines the skills of a brand manager, graphic designer and art director, relying heavily on layout software, (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft word and presentation programs). The designer will possess artistic ability and be able to think creatively to design eye-catching and effective graphics. Must be able to come up with strategies for layouts and artistic concepts and create visual images that engage, attract and sell. Must be responsive to staff needs to create new and original ideas, open to change and able to adjust to shifting priorities. This position also entails the skills of a print production artist who is responsible for commercial printer operations and how to navigate pre-production, printer approval process, and final artwork files.<br>

The Creative Content Manager is the primary creator of CAP&rsquo;s public-facing content, responsible for ensuring that every piece of communication reflects the organization&rsquo;s brand voice, visual standards, and narrative priorities.</div></div><div><div>
The ideal candidate is an expert visual and written storyteller with a deep knowledge of contemporary social media, content trends, and multimedia production. They are self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established brand frameworks while bringing creative energy and fresh ideas to the work. This role requires working knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing tools, graphic design software, and basic photography and video production.</div></div><p>
</p><div><div>This is a <b>Full-Time </b>role working at our Davis St. location in Portland OR. This person will need to travel to CAP&rsquo;s other locations in Portland and Vancouver as well as traveling to different CAP events in the Portland Metro area. The schedule for this role is<b> Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm 3 Days in office 2 Days work from home with occasional nights and weekends.</b></div><div>
Starting pay is <b>$62,500</b> a year.</div></div><div><div>

Develop and execute social media strategy across all CAP brands, including platform-specific content development, publishing cadence, audience engagement, and community management.</div></li><li><div>
Research content and trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.</div></li><li><div>
Manage and implement content calendars to ensure content remains consistent across platforms.</div></li><li><div>
Track and analyze social media performance metrics across all CAP brands. Use analytics to inform content strategy, identify high-performing content types, and adjust publishing approach based on audience engagement data.</div></li><li><div>
Support signature fundraising events (e.g., CAP Art Auction, AIDS Walk Northwest, Dining Out For Life) with creative assets, social media coverage, and event content highlights.</div></li><li><div>
Participates in community outreach and development opportunities.</div></li></ul><p>
