Our mission is to bridge the digital divide and provide consumers with affordable access to mobile devices and digital financial services.Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Review Officers to assess and monitor credit exposures, evaluate the creditworthiness of customers, and ensure compliance with the organization's credit policies and risk management guidelines.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>To review and assess credit proposals and approve the loans independently.</li><li>To evaluate borrower financials, creditworthiness, repayment capacity and risk.</li><li>To analyze loan structures, collateral adequacy, and compliance with internal credit policies.</li><li>To recommend approval, modification, or decline of credit facilities with clear justifications.</li><li>To work closely with business, credit risk and recovery teams to ensure balanced risk-return decisions.</li><li>To provide feedback and guidance to relationship managers to improve credit underwriting quality.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Expertise: Credit Analysis, Risk Assesment; Decision MakingQualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.</li><li>The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Credit Rating Agency, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, Micro-Credit, Telecommunication </li><li>Freshers are also encouraged to apply.</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
