<p></p><p><b>Essential Duties</b></p>
<ul><li>Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collections of outstanding invoices.</li>
<li>Make regular collection calls and send correspondence to customers regarding past due balances.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies and billing issues.</li>
<li>Document all collection activity in the SAP and maintain accurate records of interactions and commitments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Billing teams resolve invoice disputes.</li>
