The Sr. Analyst/Associate will join Liberty Mutual Investments&rsquo; Risk Management Team and play a key role in General Account&rsquo;s portfolio risk oversight, monitoring, and framework development across public and private asset classes. Qualifications</b><p>
A degree in Finance, Economics, or technical field and at least 5 years of relevant work experience is required. A graduate degree would be a plus. The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in investment risk management and portfolio analytics, with the ability to translate complex risk topics into clear, actionable insights for portfolio managers and senior stakeholders. This role requires sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to independently challenge assumptions, support investment decisions, and enhance LMI&rsquo;s risk framework, data, and reporting capabilities.</p><p></p><p><br>

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

<ul><li>Assign, supervise and evaluate the work of Childcare Inspectors.</li><li>Ensure adherence to and enforcement of appropriate regulations, protocols and procedures for the proper conduct of field inspections and monitoring visits.</li><li>Conduct monitoring (follow-up) visits and accompany staff to programs to evaluate performance.</li><li>Conduct inspections of a special or difficult nature, issue notices of violation, and make recommendations for issuance or denial of childcare permits and/or closure of programs having imminent health hazards.</li><li>Review childcare databases and case files for timely, accurate and complete entries.</li><li>Respond to verbal and written inquiries from the public and other city and state agencies.</li><li>Train and coach new staff and provide reinforcement training to current staff in Bureau protocols, procedures and regulations.</li></ul><br>
